What a great way to spend time with your family. Advice to newbies: Ride to your ability, wait till you are strong on the bike before you try the risky stuff, if you fall down get back up. Nobody likes a quiter!

I figure there is no better place to learn but on the track doing it. Advice to newbies: I found that if you have someone video tape your riding / racing you can see your mistakes and correct them rather than keep making them.
